Our Classic Bughouse Set comes with 72 pieces, 2 identical sets with 16 standard pieces plus 4 pawn promotion pieces. Please specify which promotion pieces you would like, as the default options are a queen and a knight in each color.
Sets are made of quality Baltic Birch plywood and are offered in natural finish for white and Royal Mahogany or Deep Dusk Ebony as the black piece option.
Other Stain options are available upon request.
Sizes range from 1" to 1 3/4" in diameter, in 1/8" and 1/4" increments. A good rule of thumb is to have a diameter 75-85% of the side length of each square on the board.
